The service
IndexToast provides hosted URL submissions, Index Checker requests, connected website tools, and optional WordPress and MCP integrations. Google and other search engines make their own crawling and indexing decisions.
Your account and websites
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting access to your account, integrations, and MCP tokens, and connecting only websites you own or are authorised to manage. You may disconnect a website or revoke an MCP token at any time.
Acceptable use
Use IndexToast only for lawful, authorised website management. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, misuse another person’s account or website, interfere with the service, or use the service to submit deceptive, harmful, private, or unauthorised URLs.
Plans, units, and billing
IndexToast offers a free annual allowance, paid annual website licences, one-time Indexing units, and monthly unit refills. One Standard submission or Index Checker uses one unit per URL; Priority uses 20. Monthly units reset each billing period and do not roll over. One-time units do not expire. Prices, allowances, usage rates, and renewal terms are shown before payment.
Payments are handled through the secure payment checkout. Paid subscriptions renew through the payment method and schedule presented at checkout unless cancelled through the billing controls. Any refund handling is subject to applicable law and the information presented at checkout.
No indexing guarantee
A submission is not a promise that a URL will be crawled, ranked, or indexed. Standard and Priority describe the submission workflow and expected service handling, not a guarantee of search-engine results. Technical checks are advisory and should not replace your own SEO or legal review.
Availability and changes
We work to keep IndexToast available and accurate, but the service may change, be maintained, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms when the product, law, or security requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
