Start with your workflow.

Choose Elite Link Indexer when low-cost submission volume is the main buying requirement. Consider IndexToast Business when a client workspace, access controls and explicit operation reporting justify a different subscription. Compare actual indexed observations as well as the price of uploading links.

IndexToast publishes this comparison. Official information was reviewed on 8 October 2026. We have not run a matched service test; advertised results remain attributed claims.

Start with your actual URL volume, then account for checks, mode multipliers and unused capacity. The sections below separate the published offer from our operational analysis.

Numeric indexing claimOver 64% on its test databaseBoost: owner-reported eligibility-dependent claim

These prices and claims are advertised on the official homepage. The 64% claim does not establish a dated sample size or observation window. Its FAQ describes processing within 72 hours, checking fourteen days after full progress and final results at thirty days; it states that refunds are not offered and invites prospective users to request a trial.

Do not rename processing as success#

A batch can be fully processed without every page entering the search index. The word processed usually describes the service completing its work. It is not interchangeable with an independent index observation.

That distinction matters when reading the 90% claim. It describes processing within a few hours; it must not be rewritten as 90% of links indexed within that time. A responsible comparison preserves the event being measured.

For either platform, request a per-URL export. Look for accepted time, completion time, indexed status, checking method and unresolved entries. A progress bar cannot substitute for those fields.

Price the outcome carefully#

The Elite entry allowance averages $0.002 per permitted URL if the entire 5,000-URL capacity is used. IndexToast's entry allowance averages $0.0158 per Standard action at full usage. Those are capacity calculations, not measured costs per indexed URL.

Do not multiply an undated advertised rate by a plan quota and present the result as a forecast. The page types, domain authority, technical blockers and observation window of your campaign may differ from the vendor's test database.

Instead, pilot a small authorized sample and divide actual charged campaign cost by confirmed eligible URLs indexed in the agreed window. Keep unknown outcomes in the report. When results are zero, say so rather than display a misleading zero cost per success.

What the workspace adds#

IndexToast Business provides client projects, team access, scoped API credentials and signed webhooks. Standard and Index Checker operations share the Standard balance; Boost uses 20 units per URL from the same Business balance. Batches accept up to 1,000 URLs with an idempotency key.

For 5,000 submissions and one separate check of each, the Agency plan's 10,000 actions cost $149.99 for the month. This can be a sensible workflow budget for a team, but it is plainly more expensive than Elite's entry submission allowance. The buyer should decide whether the operating controls justify that cost.

Use Regular pricing when a subscription workspace would be underused. Unspent monthly allowance is an economic cost even if the unit price looks attractive.

Speed and success evidence#

IndexToast reports Standard indexing under 72 hours and at least 80% of legitimate Boost URLs indexed within fifteen minutes. Its eligibility description includes genuine PR placements and excludes comment-link campaigns. No dated cohort export or matched comparison was supplied; this is IndexToast-reported performance.

Elite's undated test-database percentage and IndexToast's eligible-URL timing assertion are not a controlled comparison. Align page types, clock starts and observation windows before naming a winner.

Which should you choose?#

Choose Elite when its price and submission workflow meet your needs, with its refund terms understood. Choose IndexToast Business when client organization and operational controls are worth the premium to your team.

For both, fix indexability blockers and canonical conflicts first. Expedited processing does not override a search engine's choice of canonical page.

Verdict: IndexToast for agency controls beyond submission volume#

Choose IndexToast Business when client organization and operational control drive the purchase. Scoped API keys, project attribution, team access and signed webhooks support an agency process around every batch. A free review makes the unit cost visible before submission, and branded reports help turn the activity into a client deliverable.

Elite Link Indexer advertises a lower entry price for submission volume. IndexToast’s advantage here is the documented workspace and controls, not a claim to cheaper uploads or independently proven faster indexing.

Questions#

Does 90% processed mean 90% indexed?

No. Preserve the exact event being measured and verify index inclusion separately.

Can this article establish the cheaper cost per indexed URL?

No. It establishes published capacity prices. Actual outcome cost needs a dated campaign and observed results.
