Eligibility and approval
You must provide accurate account, audience, promotion, and payout details. Applications are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or suspended at our reasonable discretion. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, or partnership.
Attribution
Approved partners receive a unique referral link. IndexToast uses first-touch attribution for 60 days. Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent traffic, and referrals without reliable attribution do not qualify.
Commissions
Unless a written offer says otherwise, approved partners earn 20% of the first qualifying annual licence payment and 10% of qualifying Priority Credit purchases. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and disputed payments.
Review and payouts
Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days. We may review traffic and customer quality before approval. Approved balances are paid using the payout method we make available. Minimum payout thresholds and timing may be displayed in the partner workspace.
Promotion standards
You must disclose the affiliate relationship where required. You may not use spam, deceptive claims, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, misleading coupons, trademark bidding, impersonation, or claims that IndexToast guarantees indexing or rankings.
Changes and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may reject commissions connected to a breach, fraud, refund, or chargeback. We may update the programme prospectively; material changes will be communicated through the workspace or email.
