Choose a workflow before choosing a headline quota. Compare what is billed, how results are checked and what evidence the service provides.
- Check technical eligibility on a representative sample of URLs.
- Compare billing units, included checks, expiry and return conditions.
- Run a controlled pilot and measure observed index evidence at the same intervals.
Which indexing platform is best for your workflow?#
The best indexing platform depends on the job: discovering new pages, submitting a client’s URL inventory, checking existing visibility, or documenting results. The fastest advertised turnaround does not establish the fastest verified indexing.
A service can accept a request in milliseconds while a search engine evaluates the page much later.
For a small number of pages on a site you control, start with Search Console, a clean sitemap and useful internal links. For a repeatable agency workflow, compare API permissions, retry safety, client separation, reporting and the actual billable action.
For irregular campaigns, non-expiring credits may fit better than a recurring allowance.
IndexToast publishes this guide and offers an indexing workspace. This is a comparison of selected major alternatives, not an exhaustive directory or an independent speed benchmark.
Competitor details come from their official pages reviewed on October 8, 2026. The January 26, 2026 label identifies the editorial edition, not the date those current prices or features were verified.
Indexing platform comparison: pricing, speed and API access#
USD prices below are advertised entry examples, not tax-inclusive quotes. These packages charge for different things.
Read the unit and credit-return conditions before comparing prices.
| Platform | Billing and entry example | Advertised timing | Integration | What to verify |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| IndexToast Business | Monthly capacity $79 / 5,000 Standard actions | No indexing-time guarantee | Scoped API keys, signed webhooks, client projects | An action is a Standard submission OR a separate Index Checker request. Monthly included capacity resets without rollover. |
| Rapid URL Indexer | Prepaid credits; result-based credit returns $25 / 500 Standard credits | Advertises 6–24h for many Standard results; Apex claims about 5 minutes | REST API, WordPress and Zapier | Standard reports begin after 4 days; 14-day evaluation. Apex uses 3 credits per URL and different return rules. |
| IndexMeNow | Non-expiring prepaid credits $59 / 60 credits, excluding VAT | Advertises most results within 72h | API and automatic index checks | One credit per indexed URL; advertised 10-day credit return window. Performance is self-reported. |
| Omega Indexer | Monthly credits with credit returns $19 / 190 credits | Advertises 24h evaluation; drip-feed up to 30 days | Dashboard, API and hosted MCP | Evaluate the clock from dispatch, not upload, when using drip-feed. Returned credits are not necessarily cash refunds. |
| SpeedyIndex | Prepaid tokens; two Google tariffs Packages from $5 / 5,000 tokens | Advertises initial results in 48–72h; final audit on day 7 | REST API and bulk URL files | 100 tokens per indexed URL or 30 per submission. Submission tariff starts at a $250 top-up; no non-indexing return on that tariff. Inaccessible URLs have exclusions. |
| One Hour Indexing | Monthly daily submission limits $17 / month, up to 1,000 links per day | Publishes its own 1-hour, 1-day and 3-day results | White-label API and link reports advertised from Basic ($47/month) | Daily submission capacity is not a count of verified indexed results. Confirm current API and reporting terms for your tier. |
| Google Search Console + sitemaps | Free first-party workflow for your own sites No paid indexing credit | Google says crawling can take days to weeks | URL Inspection requests and sitemap discovery | Requires appropriate property access for manual requests. Repeated requests do not make crawling faster. |
| IndexNow | Search-engine notification protocol No protocol submission charge | Notifies participating engines of URL changes | Key-based HTTP submission and CMS integrations | Notification is not an indexing guarantee. Verify participating engines; do not equate IndexNow acceptance with Google indexing. |
Each platform name links to its official source. Speed claims are the services’ own claims; we have not reproduced their tests.
Credit returns generally replenish an account balance and should not be treated as a refund to the original payment method.
How to measure the fastest indexing platform fairly#
Measure four timestamps separately: request accepted, dispatch completed, first verified crawl and first verified index evidence. A queue acknowledgement proves only that a system received the request.
A completed submission is also different from a positive Index Checker result. Read our guide to submission versus indexing status before building a performance report.
Use comparable URL cohorts: similar site age, page type, content quality, internal prominence and initial index status. Randomly assign each eligible URL to one service or an untreated control group.
Avoid sending the same URL through multiple tools: later discovery cannot then be attributed to a single service.
- Check the initial index state and remove URLs already detected.
- Record eligibility, canonical target, submission time and actual dispatch time.
- Check all groups at the same intervals, for example 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days and 14 days.
- Report the detection rate at each interval and the median time among detected URLs. Include the number still undetected; a fast median for a small successful subset can mislead.
- Compare cost per confirmed outcome and operator time, including check costs and expired allowances.
Until that experiment exists, there is no defensible universal speed winner. Publishing a percentage or a “five-minute” claim from a landing page does not turn it into an independent measurement.
Work out the cost of your actual workflow#
IndexToast Business includes $79 for 5,000, $149.99 for 10,000, $299.99 for 30,000 or $499.99 for 75,000 Standard actions per month. At full allowance use, the subscription cost is approximately $0.0158, $0.0150, $0.0100 or $0.0067 per action.
These figures describe capacity, not guaranteed indexed URLs.
A Standard submission uses one action. A separate Index Checker request uses another.
Monthly included capacity resets without rollover. Check current Business plans and the quote in your workspace before paying.
Example: submit and check 10,000 URLs
- Allow 10,000 actions for Standard submissions.
- Allow another 10,000 actions for one Index Checker request per URL.
- The total is 20,000 actions, which fits inside Scale’s 30,000 monthly actions.
If that is your only work that month, the $299.99 subscription averages about $0.0300 per submitted-and-checked URL. Additional checks consume more capacity.
This example excludes tax and does not assume that every URL becomes indexed.
Compare the same billable service
Rapid URL Indexer’s $25 / 500 example is $0.05 per Standard credit. IndexMeNow’s $59 / 60 example is about $0.9833 per credit before VAT.
Omega’s $19 / 190 example is $0.10 per monthly credit. Included checks and credit-return policies affect the comparison.
A SpeedyIndex token must first be converted into the cost of the chosen service.
For a completed campaign, divide the allocated payment and extra check costs by the number of URLs independently confirmed indexed. Account for usable returned credits consistently.
If no URL is confirmed, report no confirmed outcome rather than a zero cost.
Compare Regular pricing if a monthly Business allowance would mostly go unused.
Fix technical eligibility before paying for another submission#
Confirm that the intended public page returns the expected HTTP response, permits indexing and points to a consistent canonical destination. Review robots directives, redirects, rendered content, sitemap entries and internal links together.
A technically accessible page may still be omitted because the search engine sees duplication or insufficient value. Work through the indexing preflight checklist, indexability guide and canonical URL guide before resubmitting the same page.
Google recommends URL Inspection for a small number of URLs and sitemaps for larger sets. It says crawling can take days to weeks and that requesting another crawl does not guarantee inclusion.
See Google’s recrawl guidance.
The Google Indexing API is restricted to pages containing JobPosting or BroadcastEvent embedded in VideoObject. It is not a general submission API for every blog or product page.
IndexNow is a separate notification protocol for participating engines; check its official requirements before treating an accepted notification as evidence of search visibility.
What agencies should require from an indexing API#
Start with project attribution, scoped credentials and a reviewable charge before submission. Add idempotent requests so a network timeout cannot debit the same batch twice.
Keep API secrets on the server, rotate them when access changes, verify webhook signatures and retain the event ID to prevent duplicate processing.
IndexToast Business is designed around client projects, individual team access, monthly Standard capacity, a separate Boost wallet and CSV reporting. It accepts up to 1,000 URLs per batch.
Boost uses separate capacity from Standard. Review its quoted charge before confirming a batch.
Neither lane guarantees an indexing result or completion time.
A practical agency report should show submitted URLs, processing status, timestamped check results and unresolved items. It should never rename “submitted” as “indexed.” Use the agency indexing playbook to organise handoffs and the agency workflow to decide how client work is separated.
Frequently asked questions#
Can any tool guarantee Google indexing?
No external submission service controls Google’s final indexing decision. An account-credit return policy can reduce some purchasing risk, but it is not proof that every eligible page will be indexed or rank.
Is a paid indexing platform always necessary?
No. Search Console and sitemaps are a sensible starting point for sites you control.
Paid software is useful when it saves repeated operational work, supports third-party campaign tracking or gives a team clearer controls and reporting.
Is IndexToast the fastest indexing platform?
We do not claim a universal speed lead. Choose IndexToast when its workflow, project controls and reporting fit your operation.
Evaluate speed through a controlled pilot with your own URLs.
How should I compare API plans?
Normalize the billable unit, recurring commitment, included checks, key permissions, rate limits, retry behaviour, reporting and return conditions. A larger headline quota alone does not establish better value.
