Technical readiness
This layer asks whether the intended public page can be fetched and whether its robots and canonical signals allow it to be considered. It does not claim that Google has indexed it.
Submission progress
Queued, processing, completed, or failed describe the submission workflow. Completed means the request finished—not that the page entered a search index.
Search visibility
Visibility requires separate evidence such as Search Console URL Inspection or a carefully labelled search sample. A site: query can be useful context but is not definitive proof for every URL.
Report all three truths
