PUBLISHING WORKFLOW

Standard or Priority: choosing the right submission lane

Use routine processing for everyday publishing and reserve Instant credits for URLs where faster handling has genuine value.

Two lanes, one honest outcome

Standard is the measured queue for routine posts, pages, and products. Priority sends a URL through the faster Instant workflow. Neither lane can guarantee crawling, indexing, or ranking because search engines make those decisions.

Choose Standard for the normal publishing rhythm

Use Standard for evergreen articles, ordinary product updates, and scheduled content. It keeps routine work automated without spending scarce Priority Credits.

Choose Priority when time has real value

Priority is appropriate for a launch, corrected critical error, fast-moving announcement, or commercial page where waiting carries a cost. Fix confirmed technical blockers before paying for speed.

Measure the right states

Track technical readiness, submission progress, and search visibility separately. Continue with the status guide or compare IndexToast plans.
